The Tung Auditorium

The Venue:

We are delighted to start our 2022 – 2023 season with three events at the brand new, state of the art Tung Auditorium situated within the Yoko Ono Lennon Centre at the University of Liverpool.

This exceptional new space for live music performances boasts cutting edge, adjustable acoustics, an audience capacity of 400 and the fully licensed Frölich Café bar which serves sandwiches and salads and a wide range of beverages.

The venue is on the corner of Grove Street and Oxford street and is a 14 minute walk from Liverpool Central Station or 15 minutes from Liverpool Lime Street Station.

24-hour pay and display parking is available at Paddington Village Multi-Storey car park located at The Spine building, Grove St, Liverpool L7 3FA. The car park is approximately 4 minutes’ walk from the venue.

Parking is also available on the University of Liverpool campus:

Daytime: Mount Pleasant
Evening and Weekend: Peach Street (off Brownlow Hill).
Peach Street is between the Crown Plaza building where Blackwells Bookshop is situated and the small ‘Post Office-Life Express’ Shop. The Car Park is 50 yards on the right.  (If the barrier is down, press the call button to gain entry)
